How could you use ClassPortals with Students?

Students post links, experiments, images etc relating to the topic discussed in class that they find interesting

Could use ClassPortals as the platform for complete units. This could incorporate rich media resources and encourage responses and interactions from the students.

Telling a story collaboratively - students can write, add movies, music, or spoken word to add a new chapter to an on-going drama.

Create Student-Experts:

Ask different students to become experts in different areas of topics. For example, one student might be in charge of business or money implications. When discussing a big topic, they add posts on a specific perspective. Then, when they're comfortable with their approach, swap perspectives.
